Term Ending: Prime Minister Sushila Karki Preparing to Return to Private Residence

Sushila Karki is preparing to return to her private residence on Friday as the term of the interim government comes to an end.
Karki had assumed office as Prime Minister following political changes after the Gen-Z movement, with the responsibility of conducting the House of Representatives (Nepal) elections.
During her tenure, she had been residing at the official residence in Baluwatar, but will now move back to her own home in Dhapasi.
Under her leadership, the House of Representatives elections were successfully held on Falgun 21. With the process of forming a new government underway, she is set to hand over power and step down from office.
