Over 16,300 Students Graduate at Tribhuvan University’s 51st Convocation Ceremony

Kathmandu, — More than 16,300 students were awarded degrees today at the 51st Convocation Ceremony of Tribhuvan University.
Prime Minister and Chancellor of the University, Sushila Karki, presided over the ceremony, alongside senior academic figures, officially conferring degrees to the graduates.
With this convocation, the total number of graduates from Tribhuvan University has reached 89,101, spanning Bachelor’s, Master’s, M Phil, and PhD programs.
For the first time in the university’s history, Nobel laureate Japanese Professor Takaaki Kajita attended as the chief guest at the event, held at the local Dasharath Stadium.
Pro-Chancellor and Minister of Education, Science and Technology, Mahabir Pun, along with other academics, were also present.
Vice Chancellor Prof. Deepak Aryal highlighted the university’s ongoing progress in academic excellence and congratulated the graduating students for their achievements.
