Minister Sasmit Pokharel Unveils One-Month Plan and Priorities

Sasmit Pokharel, Minister for Education, Youth and Sports, has made public her one-month work experience and upcoming plans.

Through a video message, she said that the trust of citizens has given her the energy to work and informed that reforms in the education sector have already begun.

According to Minister Pokharel, there is now a target to publish SEE results within one month, whereas it previously took around three months.

Similarly, preparations are underway to release Grade 12 results within 45 days.

Emphasizing inclusive education, he has also proposed establishing special schools for children with autism in all seven provinces.

he further stated that policies will be introduced to integrate sports into the school curriculum from an early level, aiming to develop athletes and create an environment of recognition.

Minister Pokharel clarified that she is focused on long-term policy solutions rather than short-term popularity and expressed commitment to delivering more effective results in the coming days.
