F-35 Fighter Jet Makes Emergency Landing Amid Suspected Iranian Attack

A F-35 Lightning II fighter jet of the United States military has made an emergency landing at a military base in the Middle East.
The stealth aircraft, which was reportedly involved in military operations targeting Iran, was forced to land after encountering a technical issue during flight.
According to United States Central Command spokesperson Tim Hawkins, the aircraft landed safely and the pilot is in stable condition.
Media reports have suggested that the jet may have been targeted in an Iranian attack, but there has been no official confirmation of this claim. An investigation into the incident is currently underway.
The F-35 Lightning II is an advanced stealth fighter jet, costing over $100 million, and is designed to be difficult to detect by radar systems.
Although the United States has previously lost some aircraft during conflicts, there has been no confirmed case of a jet being downed directly by enemy fire in such operations.
