Roads Near Dubai Airport Closed After Drone Attack

The Dubai Police has announced the temporary closure of Airport Road and the Airport Tunnel in Dubai following a drone attack near the airport.

Authorities said the roads were closed as security operations are ongoing, and motorists have been urged to use alternative routes.

Earlier, the Dubai Media Office reported that a fire at a fuel tank near Dubai International Airport had been brought under control.

Officials said the fire was caused by a drone attack, though no casualties have been reported.

As a precautionary measure, the Dubai Civil Aviation Authority temporarily suspended flights at the airport for a short period while security measures were being carried out.
