Nepali Singer and Actor Prashant Tamang Passes Away at 42

Kathmandu — Nepali-origin singer and actor Prashant Tamang has passed away at the age of 42 in Delhi, according to a Delhi-based musician.
Tamang, who won Indian Idol, was widely popular in Nepal for his numerous hit songs. He also made his Bollywood debut with Salman Khan’s film “Battle of Galwan.”
His untimely demise has left fans and the Nepali music industry in shock.
