The Rastriya Swatantra Party (RASWAPA) is set to start its election campaign from Dhangadhi.

Ahead of the House of Representatives election scheduled for February 21, RASWAPA  plans to hold public demonstrations featuring mass mobilization.

Party co-spokesperson Pratibha Rawal confirmed that the party will begin its rallies from Dhangadhi.

The event is scheduled to include joint participation and addresses by Party Chairman Ravi Lamichhane and senior leader Balen Shah.

“On February 6, the Rastriya Swatantra Party’s Chairman Ravi Lamichhane and senior leader Balen Shah will hold a public address at Dhangadhi, Pashupati Tol (festival grounds) in Kailali district,” Rawal said.

RASWAPA  is preparing to hold major rallies in at least seven locations, though the party has not yet disclosed the specific provincial-level venues.

Previously, Chairman Lamichhane and the senior leader had been holding separate rallies. Now, the party plans for them to address the public jointly. Senior leader Balen Shah has already toured hill districts in Koshi Province and districts in the Far-Western region. Currently, he is visiting various districts in Madhes Province.
