Rastriya Swatantra Party to Hold Major Political Unification Event on Monday

Kathmandu – The Rastriya Swatantra Party (Raswapa) is set to host a major political unification announcement on Monday.
A party alignment has been agreed upon between Raswapa, former leaders of the Nagrik Unmukti Party, and Tharuhat/Tharuwan activists.
The announcement ceremony will take place at 1 PM at the National Assembly Hall, Raswapa spokesperson Manish Jha confirmed.
A total of 33 leaders, including Rupandehi district chairperson of the Ranjita Shrestha-led Nagrik Unmukti Party (NAUPA), have collectively resigned and will join Raswapa during the event.
These leaders opted for Raswapa after expressing dissatisfaction following Ranjita Shrestha’s entry into the Nepali Communist Party.
