Nepalese Students Achieve Victory: Students can make NOC from today , said by Mr. Kedar Koirala, Deputy Secretary(Law) Ministry of Education of Nepal

Bhaktapur, Nepal – In a significant development for Nepalese students aspiring to study abroad, the Ministry of Education has announced that students can now obtain their No Objection Certificates (NOCs) from the NOC Section in Sanothimi, Bhaktapur.
This announcement was made by Deputy Secretary (Law) of the Ministry of Education, Mr. Kedar Koirala, during telephonic conversation with KhabarSewa reporters this morning. Ministry of Education is going to send letter to NOC section today so students will able to get NOC from today afternoon or tomorrow morning.
The decision comes as a victory for the students who have been on strike for the past month, advocating for their right to pursue education abroad as per their choice. Their persistent efforts culminated in a case filed at the Supreme Court, which underscored the importance of educational freedom and access.
Students across the country have hailed this notice as a triumph for their rights, marking a new chapter in their educational journey. With the NOC now accessible, many are eager to move forward with their plans to study overseas.
