Kathmandu has become the second most polluted city in the world today.

According to IQAir, the Air Quality Index (AQI) in Kathmandu reached 213 on Thursday morning, which is considered very unhealthy for human health.

Lahore ranks first on the list, where the AQI has been recorded at 382.

Pollution levels have also reached high levels in the Kathmandu Valley and surrounding areas.
