Karan KC Suspended for One Match Over Social Media Comment

Karan KC has been handed a one-match suspension for making a comment on social media regarding an umpiring decision.
Karan KC, who is currently playing for Nepal Police Club in the Prime Minister Cup One-Day Cricket Tournament, had commented on a post related to a controversial umpiring decision, asking what punishment would apply if a player physically attacked an umpire.
Following the comment, the Nepal Cricket Umpires and Scorers Association expressed serious concern over the remark. The Cricket Association of Nepal then took disciplinary action.
According to CAN, Karan KC has been suspended for one match in the Prime Minister Cup and fined 100% of his match fee.
