‘Biplav’ Backs Student Protests

Netra Bikram Chand has expressed full support for the ongoing protests against the government’s policy to dissolve student organizations. Through social media, he urged protesters to strengthen and continue the movement.
According to him, such a policy reflects an authoritarian tendency, and student organizations are key drivers of awareness, justice, and change. He also উল্লেখed that in Nepal’s history, students have played a crucial role in ending authoritarian rule.
He further warned that if forces that contributed to bringing change are suppressed, it could ultimately uproot the government itself.
