Sulabh Agrawal Arrested in Money Laundering Case

Sulabh Agrawal, director of Shankar Group and chairman of Jagadamba Holdings, has been arrested in connection with a money laundering case.
He was taken into custody this morning at the initiative of the Department of Money Laundering Investigation. However, the exact location of his arrest has not been disclosed.
Earlier, his father Shankarlal Agrawal, chairman of Shankar Group, was also arrested in Kathmandu on Friday. The father and son were detained as part of an investigation into suspicious financial transactions involving Infinity Holdings.
In the same case, Deepak Bhatt, head of Infinity Holdings, had already been arrested by the Central Investigation Bureau.
Sulabh Agrawal is currently being held at the custody of the Lalitpur District Police Office, where further investigation is underway.
