Gold price continues climb

Kathmandu,– The price of gold has increased in the domestic market today, compared to last Friday. Gold has risen by Rs 2,200 per tola (11.66 grammes).

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, today the price of one tola of gold has been set at Rs 258,800, while the price of the same amount of silver has been set at Rs 3,825.

The price of gold was Rs 256,600 per tola, while that of silver was Rs 3,905 on Friday.

According to international media, gold is being traded at 4,299 US dollars per ounce while the price of same quantity of silver is 62 US dollars in the international market today.
