The Ulsan College International Student Union to Host Sports Day Event on May 5, 2026

Ulsan, South Korea – The Ulsan College International Student Union is excited to announce its first-ever Sports Day event, scheduled for May 5, 2026. The event aims to bring together students, parents, friends, and seniors residing in Korea to celebrate and foster community spirit.
Union President Buddha Lama expressed his enthusiasm for the occasion, inviting everyone to participate and celebrate this significant event. “We are looking forward to a day filled with fun, sports, and camaraderie among all attendees,” he stated.
Ganesh Sharma, Founder President of KECAN, extended his best wishes to the Union for organizing such an event under the leadership of Nepalese students. He emphasized the importance of this initiative in promoting interactions among the Nepalese community, as well as with Korean and other national communities in Ulsan.
Mr. Jaehyeong Park, Incharge of Institute of International Affairs of the Ulsan College, highlighted the university’s commitment to supporting proactive student activities. He noted that the majority of international students enrolled in the English track are from Nepal, and the university appreciates their hospitality, studious nature, and progressiveness.
The Sports Day promises to be a memorable event, fostering unity and friendship among diverse communities in Ulsan. All are encouraged to join in the festivities and celebrate this auspicious occasion.
