Investigation Commission Submits Report on Bhadra Gen z Movement to Prime Minister

The commission formed to investigate the events and alleged government crackdown during the Gen z Movement in Nepal last Bhadra has submitted its report to Prime Minister Sushila Karki.
Officials of the commission, led by former Justice Gauribahadur Karki, visited the Prime Minister’s Office today to deliver the report.
According to the Prime Minister’s press advisor, Ram Rawal, PM Karki stated that she will study the report and take necessary action based on its findings.
The commission, tasked with examining both human and material losses from the events on Bhadra 23 and 24, submitted the report a day before the third extended deadline for the investigation expired.
Following the Gen z Movement, an interim election government led by Karki was formed. On Asoj 5, a three-member commission was established to investigate the movement and uncover the truth. The members include former AIG Vigyanraj Sharma and legal expert Bishweshwar Bhandari.
