Nepali Congress Launches “My 21 Days for Feb 21” Program Ahead of Elections

The Nepali Congress has announced a special mobilization program titled “My 21 Days for Feb 21” to deploy party-affiliated leaders and activists for the upcoming House of Representatives elections.
The decision was made during a virtual meeting of the party’s Central Working Committee on Sunday, with the program aimed at election preparedness. The initiative is outlined in the party’s internal guideline, “Nepali Congress Election Mobilization Manual 082,” under clause number 21.
Under the program, from Falgun 1 to 21, all party members are expected to engage actively in the election campaign following the principle: “Wherever your official responsibility is, that is where you serve.”
The directive emphasizes that representatives assigned specific duties by the central, provincial, district, or local units should complete their tasks at the designated locations before returning to their respective districts, regions, municipalities, or wards for further mobilization.
All other party office-bearers and members who do not have specific assignments are instructed to focus on their own areas, wards, and localities. Party members in each ward are encouraged to work locally under the slogan: “Our ward, we will win.”
The Nepali Congress has also called on all affiliated and friendly organizations to follow the same approach and fulfill their responsibilities accordingly.
