Investigation Committee Formed to Assess Fewa Lake Land

The government has formed a five-member investigation committee to determine the actual status of land within Fewa Lake.
The committee was established by the and Poverty Alleviation Nepal”,”government ministry” under the coordination of the Director General of the Department of Land Management and Records.
The committee will study the status of all lands within the lake area, existing structures, registration details, and usage. It has also been tasked with collecting accurate information on all land plots and ensuring proper documentation.
According to the ministry, both private and government lands will undergo detailed study, and the report must be submitted within seven days.
