Western Winds to Influence Nepal from Wednesday, May Clear Fog in Terai

Kathmandu, — Meteorologists have forecast that western winds will begin to affect Nepal from Wednesday. According to weather expert Vinod Pokhrel, the western winds are expected to help clear the dense fog currently covering the Terai region.
Pokhrel said via social media, “Even if fog occurs, it is likely to clear by the afternoon.”
The impact of this weather system may bring light snowfall to the Himalayan region, while scattered rainfall is expected in Kathmandu and other hilly areas.
