Minister Kharel Says Appropriate Environment Ready for Elections

Kathmandu, — Minister for Communications and Information Technology, Jagdish Kharel, has stated that a suitable environment has been established for the upcoming elections.
Speaking with journalists at the Janamat Party office, Minister Kharel emphasized that all political parties are ready and making necessary preparations for the House of Representatives elections.
According to the Minister, Janamat Party itself is fully prepared for the elections. He added that seeing all political parties actively preparing for the polls has encouraged the government.
“We have visited the offices of major political parties to discuss creating a conducive environment for the elections. Janamat Party is ready. The government will conduct the elections on Falgun 21, and the feedback we received from parties indicates that the election environment is well-prepared. The government is encouraged and moving forward to ensure full participation in the elections,” Minister Kharel said.
As part of the monitoring process, a political dialogue committee formed by the government, including Law Minister Anil Kumar Sinha, Minister Kharel, and Prime Minister Sushila Karki’s chief advisor Ajaybhadr Khanal, has been visiting party offices to ensure that an appropriate election environment is in place.
